My street corner and how I had made it.
The first thing I did was create find general reference to use for the Modular assets.
I managed to find something through FFXV's concept art, which was a kind of corner shop and a regular building.
I used this piece as reference for most of my assets, like the pillars and some of the awnings

This piece however, I used as reference for
my windows and some roofing pieces.
After I had finished constructing all of my pieces, I then took them into unreal and assembled a rough scene, alongside apply some camera and post processing effects.
I then began uv'ing my assets, and re imported them into the scene.
After that, I began my texture work. I started by importing some new textures and materials from a material and smart mat sharing website, and tweeked them a little bit. I then textured all my assets, and added some decals to the buildings behind to give more story to the scene, which lead me to my final shot, here:
The whole process took anywhere from 8-20 hours to complete and I had a pretty fun time with it overall.
